1. About Us These terms govern your use of the Lively Looks website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Lively Looks is an online women's fashion retailer based in the United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility Our website is intended for use by customers based in the UK. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Products We sell women's clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery, and accessories. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. All product images are for illustrative purposes and colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
4. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.
5. Orders & Payment By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping Orders are shipped from our warehouse in china with delivery within 5–10 working days. Shipping is charged at £3.60 per order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or factors outside our control.
7. Returns & Refunds You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. Returns are free and returned to our UK office. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved. Sale items, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
8. Consumer Rights As a UK retailer, we comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
