Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Lively Looks order! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns Window You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Item Condition All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us via our online contact form before sending any items back. We will provide you with our UK return address. Returns are free of charge.

Return Address All returns are to be sent to our UK office. Our return address will be provided upon request.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our UK office, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please Note Whilst our items are dispatched from our warehouse in China, all returns are handled through our UK office. You will not be required to return items to China.

Exclusions The following items cannot be returned: sale items, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).

Lively Looks reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
